The Opportunity

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Learning Solutions, this role will deliver critical support to operationalize and execute on the firm's ESG learning strategy. Working with internal clients and stakeholders, the incumbent will apply leading practice in learning and performance consulting to identify and assess learning needs, and will design, develop, deploy and evaluate the effective and impactful delivery of ESG learning campaigns and experiences .

What you will do

  • Owns and executes on the operationalization of the ESG learning strategy, including ensuring the quality and continuous improvement of programs delivered
  • Accountable for the management and administration of learning programs and learning project planning and day-to-day activities
  • Acts as the Learning Lead for ESG learning solutions, working closely with the Senior Manager, Learning Solutions, on ESG learning operations, establishing consistency, and ensuring the quality of learning programs
  • Responsible for the operational execution of learning program coordination and administration activities
  • Working closely with the Senior Manager, Learning Solutions, leads the development and delivery or partnering in developing and delivering, innovative learning programs and solutions to address business needs
  • Address business needs, as identified through learning consulting conversations, and by incorporating leading instructional design, adult learning principles, and change management best practices
  • Accountable for quality and effectiveness of learning solutions and communicating program results to leadership through customized reports
  • Accountable for the relationship management between the Digital Learning team and internal stakeholders/clients, ensuring internal clients and stakeholders are connected in with the full range of capabilities of the central Digital Learning team
  • Acts as Liaison between the central Digital Learning team and external partners/vendors (including, but not limited to, third party learning providers, Higher Education Institutions, etc.)
  • Coordinates the setup of all learning solutions in the LMS/LXP with the Learning Technology team

What you bring to the role

  • 3+ years' business experience in Learning and Development in a client service, fast-paced, collaborative team environment
  • Proven experience in learning and performance consulting and partnering with internal clients to identify, assess, design, develop, deploy and evaluate learning solutions
  • Adult Education certificate or training/instructional design professional credential/designation (e.g. CTDP) an asset
  • A high degree of technical literacy with proven ability to design and create self-paced interactive instructional content
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize issues by using clear project management principles
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage projects on-time and on-budget
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral) to interact effectively with senior management
  • Knowledge and use of various instructional technology and/or authoring tools (e.g. adobe eLearning suite, Lectora, Captivate) an asset
  • Knowledge of industry standards, SCORM, AICC for eLearning courseware and learning systems and technology infrastructure knowledge an asset (e.g. servers, networking, architecture, and technology standards)
  • Prior knowledge, experience or credential in ESG an asset
