The Market Manager, Upsell is an exciting opportunity within the Consumer Home Solutions Lifecycle & Upsell Marketing team, focused on executing our marketing offers & strategy at TELUS.
The Team: The Home Solutions Lifecycle & Upsell Marketing team is a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative team responsible for Lifecycle Programs, Base Management, and Customer Value Analysis. We lead strategic programs to build world class customer value & engagement.

•Execute upsell offer strategy, including mass offers and test & learn streams
•Analyze existing performance and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
•Leverage customer insights and customer base analysis to improve upsell
•Support the development and execute a detailed campaign strategy and delivery plan for hand-off to GTM (Go-To Market) teams for campaign realization and in-channel execution Qualifications:What you bring to the role:
•Demonstrated experience developing innovative programs based on customer insight and quantitative analysis
•Experience using analytic tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau, etc.) and ability to provide frameworks for others to provide meaningful insight
•Background in wireline products (IPTV, high-speed internet, home phone) will be considered an asset
•Passion for working in a highly collaborative team culture
•Proven marketing experience in a complex and matrix organization
•Proven ability to create a business case to support strategy, including completing a sound financial analysis
•Strong quantitative analytics
•Track-record in both strategic planning and tactical execution
•Experience leading cross-functional project teams
•Ability to work in a fast paced environment, and prioritize multiple in-flight projects
•Continuous improvement mentality - challenging the status quo
•Strong presentation and communication skills (with experience interacting with senior leaders in a large organization)
•Strong bias to action with the ability to work independently to produce the required results
•Undergraduate degree (preferably business or marketing)
•MBA and/or consulting background an asset
