We are currently seeking a high energy individual to join the Cross-sell & Upsell team in Wireless Customer Lifecycle Management focused on increasing customer value. The successful candidate will be responsible for continuously identifying different revenue generating opportunities by working in collaboration with key stakeholders from the insights, product marketing and strategy execution teams.

As the successful candidate, you are someone who excels in a business ownership environment. Enjoy working with large data sets as a significant portion of your time will be spent in understanding segment and campaign analytics, deriving insights from these data sets and leveraging to drive continuous improvements to program performance and profitability.

Here's the impact you'll make and what we'll accomplish together
    •Develop cross-sell strategy; implementing programs to increase wireless customer value and connected products in the home •Understanding organizational and corporate priorities when optimizing strategy in the development and implementation of initiatives •Work with stakeholders across TELUS to ensure strategy aligns with overall organizational profitability and customer experience objectives •Review and analyze campaign metrics, making changes as required to maximize campaign profitability and effectiveness •Adapt to & implement a fast fail approach that supports rapid learning and the ability to quickly scale up wins

Here's how
    •Develop and implement strategy within existing wireless base through analysis of customer attributes and trends •Work collaboratively with customer Insights, product development, product marketing, sales channels, customer experience team and other stakeholders to develop and launch campaigns/programs that are timely, relevant, and effective •Maintain a perpetual funnel of ideas and in-flight programs that drives revenue growth on an ongoing basis •Leverage measurements mechanisms to analyze and drive improvements to campaign profitability •Develop and trial new ideas and concepts that improve program effectiveness •Track progress through performance dashboards and providing regular performance updates to senior leadership


Qualifications:


You're the missing piece of the puzzle
    •Strong business and financial acumen accompanied by excellent analytical skills •Proactive, takes initiative and ownership of issues/tasks to resolution •Understand concepts of direct marketing, campaign management & marketing analytics •Knowledge of telecommunications industry with a focus on Canada •Good understanding of wireless technology, mobility products & services •Excellent attention to detail and structured approach to analysis •Strong team player with the ability to effectively work cross functionally in a collaborative manner •Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and programs, deploying on plan •Strong interpersonal and communication skills •Well-developed planning and organizational skills •University degree •Experience in working/interacting with front line teams: client care or channel sales

Great-to-have
    •Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree
