We are currently seeking a high energy individual to join the team in Wireless Customer Life Cycle Management focused on increasing customer value. The successful candidate will be responsible for continuously identifying different revenue generating and customer acquisition opportunities by working in collaboration with key stakeholders from the insights, product marketing and strategy execution teams.

As the successful candidate, you are someone who excels in a business ownership environment. Enjoy working with large data sets as a significant portion of your time will be spent in understanding segment and campaign analytics, deriving insights from these data sets and leveraging to drive continuous improvements to program performance and profitability.

•Develop cross-sell strategy; implementing programs to increase wireless customer value and connected products in the home
•Understanding organizational and corporate priorities when optimizing strategy in the development and implementation of initiatives
•Work with stakeholders across TELUS to ensure strategy aligns with overall organizational profitability and customer experience objectives
•Review and analyze program metrics, making changes as required to maximize profitability and effectiveness
•Adapt to & implement a fast fail approach that supports rapid learning and the ability to quickly scale up wins Qualifications:You're the missing piece of the puzzle...
•Strong business and financial acumen accompanied by excellent analytical skills
•Understand concepts of direct marketing, campaign management & marketing analytics
•Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and programs, deploying on plan
•Proactive, takes initiative and ownership of issues/tasks to resolution
•Excellent attention to detail and structured approach to analysis
•Strong team player with the ability to effectively work cross functionally in a collaborative manner
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills Great-to-haves:
•Knowledge of telecommunications industry with a focus on Canada
