Build the Future with Us - Starting May 2025, you'll join our Edmonton Buildings Mechanical team as a 3rd or 4th-year Mechanical Engineering Co-op Student, contributing to projects that shape the places where people live, work, learn, and thrive. Compensation
AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $24.00 - $32.25
MB & ON: $22.50 - $30.25
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $21.50 - $30.25

In this role, you'll apply your academic knowledge to real-world design challenges, supported by a team that's committed to helping you grow, experiment, and make an impact.
Your Impact
- Support mechanical engineering designs that contribute to efficient, sustainable building systems across Alberta.
- Assist in mechanical drawing reviews, field data collection, system analysis, and interdisciplinary coordination.
- Prepare calculations, sketches, drawings, technical reports, and documentation that support project delivery.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, consultants, and contractors to move projects forward.
- Apply engineering principles directly to challenges that influence client outcomes and community experience.
- Contribute to team knowledge sharing and continuous improvement through daily project work.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while learning from experienced professionals.

- You're a 3rd or 4th-year Mechanical Engineering student eligible for an accredited 8-month co-op term.
- You bring a strong academic foundation and a genuine interest in pursuing your P.Eng path.
