OEM Remanufacturing, a Finning Enterprise, is looking for new Business graduates to join the team in a rotational leadership development program.

You will have the opportunity to learn all aspects of the business through a three year formalized program with a focus on development for leadership roles. You will gain hands on work experience and receive strong training and mentorship opportunities in a variety of key areas within the business such as;
  • Materials Management - forecasting the Material Requirements Plan, which gives suppliers our future demand for piece parts, both short & long term
  • Planning/Production - coordinating daily production activities between the shop production Managers and Buyers. This includes scheduling work orders, communicating work order delays, generating production reports and meeting deadlines to monitor and communicate job progress. Evaluate capacity and ensure alignment with the forecast or recommending overtime if necessary.
  • Process Improvement - participating in project work and recommending improvements to business processes. Investigating cross-functional problems, analyzing data, and implementing solutions
  • Customer Service - a nalyzing and compiling "goodwill" warranty claims to suppliers, analyzing pricing and financial reporting to optimize profitability and negotiating "goodwill" claims with suppliers

What you'll need:
  • Strong understanding of turning data into information, choosing the correct action to drive process improvement
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and internal systems related to inventory, Point of Sale (POS), purchasing, accounting and data extraction/reporting
  • Strong organizational awareness and business acumen
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skill
  • Ability and desire to learn quickly in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and strategic thinking skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Motivated by change, innovation, and has a desire for process improvement
  • Ability to be proactive and lead change
  • Well organized and detail-oriented

  • Post-secondary degree, preferably in Commerce or Business Administration
  • Extra-curricular leadership and/or volunteer experience considered an asset
