As an Administrative Assistant you will bring these skills to the table as you provide a full scope of administrative experience. The successful individual will be mainly responsible for general administrative support within a medium sized department of individuals on a variety of documents for presentations and other marketing materials which will be presented to the senior management of our client companies.The successful candidate must havestrong editing and formatting skills in PowerPoint to further enhance client presentations and marketing materials for deals and transactions **This position is part-time evenings / weekends with 5 hour shifts two nights a week (Monday through Thursday from 5 pm - 10 pm) and a 5 hour daytime shift on either Saturday or Sunday.** What will you do?The candidate will provide administrative support within a medium sized department of individuals on a variety of documents for presentations and other marketing materials which will be presented to the senior management of our client companiesThe successful candidate will provide Administrative Support; including:Creation, editing and formatting of PowerPoint presentations, correspondence and reports for internal and external clients, which will require a high level of comfort and skill with Microsoft Excel and WordProduction duties including; printing, binding and photocopyingArranging nightly meal ordersGeneral office duties including stocking supplies, tidying boardrooms and sending calendar invitesWhat do you need to succeed?Must Have:2+ years' experience working in an administrative role, supporting multiple peopleThe successful candidate must have strong editing and formatting skills in PowerPoint to further enhance client presentations and marketing materials for deals and transactionsTeam based support at various levels is considered an assetComputer proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe AcrobatSenior proficiency in PowerPointMust have demonstrated strong attention to detail and strong organizational abilitiesAble to take initiative and focus on productivityWhat's in it for you?
