As an Administrative Assistant you will bring these skills to the table as you provide a full scope of administrative experience. The successful individual will be mainly responsible for general administrative support within a medium sized department of individuals on a variety of documents for presentations and other marketing materials which will be presented to the senior management of our client companies.The successful candidate must havestrong editing and formatting skills in PowerPoint to further enhance client presentations and marketing materials for deals and transactions

**This position is part-time evenings / weekends with 5 hour shifts two nights a week (Monday through Thursday from 5 pm - 10 pm) and a 5 hour daytime shift on either Saturday or Sunday.**

What will you do?

  • The candidate will provide administrative support within a medium sized department of individuals on a variety of documents for presentations and other marketing materials which will be presented to the senior management of our client companies
  • The successful candidate will provide Administrative Support; including:
  • Creation, editing and formatting of PowerPoint presentations, correspondence and reports for internal and external clients, which will require a high level of comfort and skill with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Production duties including; printing, binding and photocopying
  • Arranging nightly meal orders
  • General office duties including stocking supplies, tidying boardrooms and sending calendar invites


  • What do you need to succeed?

    Must Have:

  • 2+ years' experience working in an administrative role, supporting multiple people
  • The successful candidate must have strong editing and formatting skills in PowerPoint to further enhance client presentations and marketing materials for deals and transactions
  • Team based support at various levels is considered an asset
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat
  • Senior proficiency in PowerPoint
  • Must have demonstrated strong attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
  • Able to take initiative and focus on productivity
