Cameron Bay Holdings operatesa number of Mcdonalds Restaurants in Central Alberta. Our locations range from Camrose to Red Deer with our central office in Ponoka AB.
This is a positronfor a well organized person who loves working in a fast paced, ever change environment. You will be working both independently and with leadership in ourcentral office.
Being able towork wth a team as well as having a high initiative level will be needed.
This position includes processing payroll through Quickbooks for multiple locations including ROE's, T4's and government remittances
Other general office duties include data entry of sales and invoices,controlling office and lineninventory, answering phones and reception.
Special projects and duties may include off site event planning and running events.
This position is Primarily Monday to Thursday 28-30 hours a week. From time to time you may be required to work Fridays and some evenings.
- 1 to 3 years experience in payroll
- Proficient in MS Office, Quickbooks experience
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Highly organized and able to adhere to strict deadlines
- Possess a high degree of confidentiality
- Able to multi task
- Problem solving an asset
