Job Description
Key Duties:
Enter and update information in online record systems
Review digital documents for accuracy and completeness
Organize and maintain electronic files
Upload documents and records to company databases
Follow company guidelines for handling confidential information
Report missing or incorrect information to a supervisor
Assist with other simple administrative tasks when required
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer and typing skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar tools
Good attention to detail
Ability to work independently and stay organized
Nice to Have:
Previous data entry or clerical experience
Experience working with online databases or document systems
Work Type: Remote / Work from Home
