Overview
The Overnight Assistant Mall Operations Manager supports the Overnight Mall Operations Manager in allowing store managers, within a property, to focus on the development of their team and the customer experience. They assist in leading a team dedicated specifically to driving sales by executing the operational side of the business, working across all banners within their property. The Overnight Assistant Mall Operations Manager reports directly to the Overnight Mall Operations Manager and partners closely with store teams to exceed our in-store and online customer's expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Process inbound and outbound inventory including stockroom management) for each banner within the mall
  • Locate and ship all requested merchandise to appropriate warehouse for RTV (with >90% compliance) and store transfers in a timely fashion
  • Retrieves merchandise and fulfills customer omni-channel orders
  • Execute all visual directives in line with banner-specific instructions and timeframes, includes VM standards, company initiatives, gameplan compliance and ongoing maintenance to impact the customer experience, including sales floor restock
  • Reconciles and files nightly paperwork, WSSR, store to store transfer documents, store shipment manifests and all other receiving documents per company policy
  • Manage all price change adjustments within timeframes
  • Deliver Shrink and APC results in line with the cumulative mall target for fiscal year
  • Partners / communicates any issues / challenges to Mall Operations Manager/ store managers
  • Follows all loss prevention policies to minimalize potential shrink
  • In conjunction with Overnight Operations Manager oversees the entire property operation to ensure execution of all operational initiatives across banners
  • Assist Overnight Mall Operations Manager to recruit, train and develop top talent within mall operations control numbers


Qualifications
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing sales setting
  • Motivated to achieve great results because of one's enthusiasm from interacting with customers and athletic products
  • Is resourceful and versatile in responding to changing demands and opportunities in a rapidly changing omni-channel retail environment
  • Initiates completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision
  • Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis, decision making and financial analysis
  • High level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust
  • Flexible availability - including nights, weekends, and holidays
