Overview
The Stock Team Member supports the Mall Operations Management team in allowing the store manager to focus on the development of their team and the customer experience. They are a part of on an overnight team dedicated specifically to driving sales by executing the operational side of the business, working across all banners within their property. The Stock Team Member reports directly to and takes direction from the Mall Operations Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Process inbound and outbound inventory (including stock room management) as directed
  • Locates and ship all requested merchandise to appropriate warehouse for RTV (with >90% compliance) and store transfers in a timely fashion
  • Retrieves merchandise and fulfills customer omni-channel orders
  • Executes VM standards, company initiatives, game plan compliance and ongoing maintenance to impact the customer experience, including sales floor restock
  • Reconciles and files nightly paperwork, WSSR, store to store transfer documents, store shipment manifests and all other receiving documents per company policy
  • Executes price adjustments in a timely fashion per company standard
  • Partners / communicates any issues / challenges to Mall Operations Manager/ store managers
  • Follows all loss prevention policies to minimalize potential shrink
  • Supports multiple stores within the property as assigned for the hours worked


Qualifications
  • 6 - 9 months of retail or similar experience
  • Exude a friendly and positive demeanor at all times
  • Initiates completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision
  • Highly organized and efficient
  • Ability to kneel, stoop, climb ladders, use stairs, reach, pull and lift weights of usually 5-30 pounds.
  • Flexible availability - including nights, weekends, and holidays
