The TELUS Business Intelligence (BI) team is accountable for optimizing our Sales Funnel Analysis through the design and implementation of innovation and business analytics for our Business Sales & Marketing programs.Here's the impact you'll make and what we'll accomplish together
As Performance Analysis Consultant, you will help lead the creation of a modern analytical framework built around data science, optimization and self-service analytics to enable key innovation strategies.

•Support data driven decision making by enabling actionable insights from disparate data sources and implementing key innovation opportunities for stakeholders
•Design and implement sales & earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) solutions to enable funnel management and coverage
•Implement best-in-class, end-to-end analytical processes to drive operational efficiencies and improved decision-making
•Working in conjunction with Sales and other teams for business readiness and implementing needed program requirements
•Mentor, assist in coaching and provide expert technical guidance to less experienced team members Qualifications:You're the missing piece of the puzzle
•Fundamental understanding of data science techniques and its value to strategy
•Fundamental understanding of statistical models utilizing regression and normalization
•Expert ability to break down and decompose complex data sets and ambiguous problems
•Understanding of telecommunications business models, measures and metrics
•Strong understanding of Salesforce.com (SFDC) platform and automated marketing tools
•Deep expertise in various story telling tools such as Tableau, SFDC Einstein or like
•Strong background in utilizing various data modeling tools
•Ability to build and apply statistical models to large sets of data
•Strong understanding user interface design
•Naturally curious with a strong determination to work around obstacles
•Ability to create and present to all levels of the organization including to the Executive Leadership team
•Ability to take create and tell meaningful business stories from complex datasets
•Takes ownership, initiative and is self-directed
•Able to effectively manage ambiguity and change while working on cross functional projects and initiatives
•Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics or a related experience
•5+ years of consulting or related predictive modeling/statistical experience Who is TELUS?
