- Aider le(s) gestionnaire(s) de portefeuille a préparer les réunions avec les clients en organisant la documentation requise.
- Rédiger des rapports pour l'analyse des comptes clients
- Accepter/créer des listes de prospects et assurer la documentation administrative et le codage des potentiels.
- Fournir un haut niveau d'organisation a votre succursale désignée en excellant en administration
- Hiérarchisez et gérez votre propre charge de travail pour répondre aux exigences des accords de niveau de service en matière de service et de productivité.
- Assurer toutes les diligences nécessaires pour garantir l'exactitude et la conformité de toutes les transactions et activités des clients et soulever les problèmes le cas échéant.
- Connaître, respecter et mettre en œuvre les pratiques et procédures requises en temps opportun
- Maintenir une culture de gestion et de contrôle des risques, soutenue par des processus efficaces
- Participer pleinement en tant que membre de l'équipe, suggérer des améliorations et soutenir un environnement de travail positif qui favorise le service aux clients, aux collègues, aux partenaires, a l'entreprise et a la Banque.
Exigences du poste:
- Bilingue (français et anglais)
- Diplôme universitaire ou diplôme d'un collège communautaire préféré
- Une exigence du poste est que vous obteniez une licence auprès de l'Organisme canadien de réglementation des investissements (OCRI) en tant que représentant / représentante en placement
- 1 a 2 ans d'expérience pertinente, idéalement dans le secteur bancaire, des rôles administratifs ou domaines connexes.
- Solides compétences en communication, capacité a établir des relations, a travailler seul ou en équipe et a assurer la confidentialité
- Connaissance de la gestion de patrimoine et/ou des opérations, un atout
- Connaissance des produits d'investissement, un atout
