JOB DESCRIPTION: Key responsibilities of a Post Manager include:
•Organizing and delivering full service retail postal services (courier items, postal boxes, money transfers, call-in parcels) maximizing department revenue and customer satisfaction. •With the direction of Front Store Management and or Associate, plan and implement department sales and merchandising initiatives, communicate and provide development leadership to the department team.
QUALIFICATIONS: Thorough knowledge of and experience in retail postal outlet operations. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Bondable, organized, self directed with attention to detail and accuracy. Able to prioritize and direct the work of others. Committed to providing superior customer service. Able to problem solve and devise appropriate solutions.
WORK HOURS: Flexible hours including some evenings and weekends
