The Product Process Specialist will Merchandise, tag, sign, price & secure products in the store as per store planograms & company inventory & merchandising SOP. Acknowledge customers & respond to general customer inquiries Ship & receive merchandise to & from store as per company SOP, including drop shipments & home deliveries. Maintain warehouse & security cage as per company standards. Operate store equipment to move products as per required safety standards. Prepare & maintain complete documentation & records of product movements.
As a Product Process Specialist you will...
Merchandising/Inventory Implement promotional/permanent signage program updates Merchandise designated areas as per planograms and company direction. Confirm products are tagged & set properly in a timely manner. Ensures demos are fully functional & complete with accessories Participate in stock counts & full count as required Completes up-stocking and down-stocking of products according to SOP Support team and Leaders in achieving shrink targets
Shipping and Receiving Unload merchandise off delivery trucks and receive goods according to company SOP and moving it to the sales floor or warehouse storage Responsible for packaging merchandise for shipment, completing bill of lading, and operating equipment according to company safety standards Prepare merchandise for home deliver and accurately documenting movement
Customer Experience Acknowledge customers on the sales floor and offer assistance as necessary
Security & Safety Follow all Safety & Security SOPs, including warehouse & cage security SOPs.
