At Rogers, we connect Canadians to a world of possibilities and the memorable moments that matter most in their lives. Every day we wake up with one purpose in mind. To bring loved ones together from across the globe. To connect people to each other and the world around them. To help an entrepreneur realize her dream. A sports fan celebrate a special moment.
Because we believe connections unite us, possibilities fuels us, and moments define us. JACK 96.9
has a rare programming opportunity.
We're seeking a Program Director
to lead JACK back to the top of the ratings in Calgary.
We are looking for someone who will be excited to roll up his or her sleeves and create the product; every minute of every day of every week of every... ok, you get the idea! We want someone who is going to truly obsess about the listener experience.
Our next PD will need to act as the Executive Producer of the station working with talent, producers, promotions and marketing to develop a memorable brand experience. That's a fancy way of saying you'll be expected to "make the station sound and look great!"
We like to keep things simple so, as PD you'll have just one objective; to make JACK 96-9 the #1 station in Calgary.
Now, if that objective scares you then this isn't the gig for you. That's cool; it's not for everyone. If however it excites and motivates you, then you're our kind of crazy and we'd like to hear from you.
Send whatever you think is going to impress us (we suspect that will include your resume) to Paul Kaye, VP Product & Talent, at Paul.Kaye@rci.rogers.com
