Property Administrator, Calgary, Commercial, up to $65,000
Your new company
You will be working for a large Commercial Property Management company who are expanding. Due to growth within the business they are expanding and looking to hire an experienced Property Administrator in their Calgary office,
Your new role
You will be responsible for supporting the property manager in day to day running of the portfolio. Liaising back n forth with tenants on issues, queries and repairs and being the main point of contact when the PM is out of the office. over time you will be required to attend te properties yourself and deal with clients directly. You will be managing the AP/AR, handling leases, maintenance and repairs using the Angus system.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Property Administrator within a commercial portfolio. Experience on Yardi, MRI, Angus is required as well as a high level of skill on Microsoft programs. You will have experience dealing directly with clients via written, verbal and face to face interaction and have a focus on customer service.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of up to $65,000 with benefits, bonus, RRSP, generous vacation and mileage paid for any business travel. The office is based down town, no parking provided, however it is easily accessible via Calgary Transit.
