Job Description

Long-term contract opportunity supporting large-scale digital transformation and modern software delivery initiatives.

QA Automation Developer role focused on test automation, quality engineering, and supporting end-to-end delivery across agile product teams.
12-month contract
Remote position available anywhere within Canada

What & Why:
Our client is modernizing its digital service delivery through Agile, DevOps, and user-centred design. This role focuses on building and maintaining automated test coverage across multiple products, including functional and regression testing, as well as supporting performance and security testing. You’ll also help improve testing practices across teams, including automation standards, CI/CD integration, and overall test coverage.You:You’ll bring the following experience and capabilities:

4+ years of experience building and maintaining automated test scripts
3+ years of experience developing test plans, test cases, and test strategies
3+ years of hands-on experience with automation frameworks in agile environments
2+ years of experience using GitHub for source control and collaboration
Experience with functional, end-to-end, performance, and security testing
Strong understanding of QA principles and test automation best practices

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience working in large enterprise or public-sector environments
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps delivery practices
Familiarity with modern test automation tools and cloud-based testing platforms

Compensation:
This role pays between $85-100 per hour.
