The Real Estate team manages the strategic real estate requirements for a national portfolio of significant buildings housing thousands of TELUS team members and are found across the country. Deliver exceptional day-day service to our team members and our landlords/property managers within established agreements and contracts.

Here's how
    •Liaise with the Landlords and contractors •Building tours •Security clearance process •Monitor and respond to the Concierge email inbox for the buildings •Manage cost allocation and support building budgeting process •IT troubleshooting and equipment management (AC adapters, head-sets, network cords) •Special event applications •Maintain meeting rooms and flex space •Mobile and touchdown workstations •Oversee tenant services for the building •Manage daily day porter workload •Tenant service special projects as assigned •Provide first level facility problem resolution of low-medium complexity •Review, document, catalogue and process facility financial documents, accurately reconcile invoices, review/approve invoice payments •Support Alberta Real Estate Manager II as required


Qualifications:


You're the missing piece of the puzzle
    •BA or College Diploma in Real Estate or Property Management/Administration •3+ years of property management experience •Self-motivated, articulate, with excellent verbal and written communications skills •Ability to work, communicate and collaborate cross-functionally among different teams and different organizational levels •Excellent organizational and project management skills •Ability to think creatively, stay calm under pressure, meet deadlines and problem solve •Demonstrated professional aptitude to appropriately work with multiple constituencies and stakeholders •Willing to work irregular hours, including occasional early mornings, evenings, and weekends to staff TELUS events •Ability to work independently, as a team member, and under supervision required
