-  Meet and represent the President to communicate with external partners and address common concerns

-  Liaise closely with each department on behalf of the President to develop business

-  Collect reports and statements to prepare business summaries

-  Execute market research and analyze information to complete presentations or survey summaries

-  Maintain the office supplies to ensure the office is in running order

-  Develop and implement procedures and policies within the company that support internal control regarding all phases of fiscal management including, but not limited to: budget preparation, assets and expense control

-  Assist the President to ensure the company compliance with the government’s Regulations


-  Have top-notch communication and administrative skills

-  The ability to maintain confidentiality

-  Possess sound decision-making abilities

-  Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively motivate others

-  Can communicate effectively directly and indirectly

-  Fluent in English, French will be an asset. If you work in Montreal, you must be fluent French Speaker

-  Familiar with MS suites and website maintenance

-  A strong and independent worker with a great ability and willingness to learn

-  Detail-oriented and kind to others

-  Class 5 driving license and vehicle are required
