Job Skills / Requirements

Essential Job Functions

• Receive and allocate incoming mail and redirect calls and inquiries to appropriate employees
• Ensuring the office is presentable every morning
• Organize meeting logistics to ensure all necessary materials and equipment have been prearranged
• Provide administrative support to the People and Culture Department as required
• Photocopy and distribute documents. Maintain phone lists and filing system
• Coordinate office allocation, equipment and supplies
• Respond to public inquires with a high level of professionalism
• Enter data into inventory software as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Administrative experience is an asset
• Proven maturity to effectively handle and prioritize competing demands with short deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Pleasant telephone etiquette and outstanding customer service skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• High regard for accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficient use in MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• Ongoing interest in training and personal development
