About the Opportunity

CARMA Industries has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Manager to join their dynamic, fast-paced team based out of Calgary, Alberta.

Reporting to the VP of National Sales, the Regional Manager directs and coaches the sales & service branch to establish and achieve annual sales and profit objectives.

This position will provide leadership for all aspects of the program management responsibilities, overall planning, project delivery, monitoring and
controlling, closing aspects of projects and customer satisfaction.

In order to qualify, you will need 5-10 years of sales experience within the construction industry. Post-Secondary education in engineering or a related field is not required, but will certainly be considered an asset.

This role is primarily sales-oriented and therefore best suited for a highly motivated, energetic and resourceful individual with excellent communication skills. Experience within the electrical and sub-metering industry is considered an asset.

The ideal candidate will also possess: 

  • A valid Alberta Driver’s License, personal vehicle & proof of insurance
  • Skilled competence of the MS Office suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (must be fluent in English)
  • Strong organizational skills
