The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer support. This role will require strong communication and problem-solving skills to address any customer concerns and ensure a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues
Provide regular updates to customers regarding their service tickets
Identify and escalate any potential risks to customer retention to management
1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on commitments
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
