Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This position is fully remote and involves entering, updating, reviewing, and maintaining information across company databases, spreadsheets, and digital records.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter and update data into company systems and databases.
Review information for errors, inconsistencies, and missing details.
Organize and maintain digital files, spreadsheets, and records.
Perform data verification and basic quality-control checks.
Prepare and update reports, documents, and spreadsheets.
Handle routine administrative and clerical tasks.
Respond to internal emails and data-related requests.
Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
Meet assigned deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good typing and computer skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar software.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Previous data entry, administrative, clerical, or customer service experience is an advantage.
