Job Description

Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a human resources department or related field
Familiarity with basic human resources principles, practices, and employment laws
Strong administrative skills are essential, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), data entry, filing, and recordkeeping
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effectively communicating with employees, management, and external parties. This includes the ability to convey information clearly, professionally, and tactfully.

Responsibilities:

You will report to our SVP where you play a crucial role in supporting HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes within the organization
Maintain employee records and databases through updating personnel files, processing employment verifications, and managing HR-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Serving as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns. This includes addressing routine questions, escalating issues to HR management as needed, and fostering positive employee relations

Pay Rate Range: $ 35-42/hr. DOE.

A customer service mindset - being approachable, responsive, and empathetic - in helping and support to employees and managers with HR-related inquiries and requests.
