Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Remote Sales Representative / Customer Service professional to handle sales inquiries and support customer needs remotely. This role requires strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing product information and resolving issues.
Proactively reach out to potential customers to generate sales leads and convert them into customers.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions using CRM software.
Meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and share customer feedback.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a remote environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in using CRM software and virtual communication tools.
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
