Job Skills / Requirements

Your ability to maintain confidentially is key while creating a top notch professional environment for your client. You have a proven track record for being able to make operational decisions in a calm and effective manner being able to think both big picture while keeping the client, the public and your employees in mind. You will find success based on your ability to: • Develop and maintain strong client relations by proactively identifying client needs and creating strategies to continuously exceed client expectations • Oversee the delivery of the security services for all guard personnel ensuring key performance indicators are met • Co-ordinate and monitor the operations of all guard personnel ensuring policies and procedures, safety rules and all other regulations are met • Maintain and record all details of activities, complete monthly reports and provide insight on disciplinary measures • Conduct initial and continuous on-site training As the ideal candidate you possess: • Valid Alberta Security License • Minimum of two years' experience in security or a field directly related • Previous supervisory experience is an asset If you think you have what it takes to go above and beyond to provide the best customer orientated security for our client you will not only get noticed, but will be rewarded and encouraged by our team of like-minded security professionals.
