Position Overview: This position provides administrative support to the sales process and the external customer, enabling and enhancing sales rep interface with customers within the branch operations.

Job Description:

Major Job Functions:
  • Monitor the completion of all necessary sales related paperwork and administrative processes to ensure accurate and timely completion and filing
  • Distribute sales related documentation to respective departments and follow up on warranty, financing and invoicing procedures
  • Liaise between external customers, Sales Representatives, internal Service Shop, Caterpillar and other internal business units to support and provide the required coordination of equipment sales and related documentation
  • Maintain and report on accurate customer account information
  • Liaise between external customer, the sales rep, internal shop, Caterpillar and other business units to support and provide coordination of equipment, sales and related documentation
  • Provide efficient and effective sales administration while meeting customer expectations and coordination delivery of profitable sales
  • Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner
