As a member of KPMG's Sales Enablement and Marketing team in the Prairies, the Sales Enablement and Key Accounts Specialist will help develop tools, processes, and resources that empower our client-facing teams to work smarter and deliver exceptional results. If you're an excellent communicator, a natural problem solver, and passionate about enabling others, this is the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

What you will do
  • Support account program planning, data analysis, tracking, measuring and reporting (for example, support client interview process and share insights, track key contact attendance at events and engagement with marketing materials)

  • Desktop publishing and light graphic design to ensure materials are executive-ready
  • Assist with the coordination of client events and other marketing activities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships and deliver quality service and value to internal stakeholders with professionalism

At times, business needs arise, and employees are required and agree to work beyond their normal work day or work week to fulfill the accountabilities required for their job. Likewise, people need extra time to devote to personal matters. Our approach to flexibility is to support our people in achieving balance.

What you bring to the role
  • Post secondary degree in business or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in sales enablement and/or communication for business development/growth programs, account management or the equivalent

  • Strategic and creative thinker with proven experience in analyzing and drawing insights from external research studies and business data
  • Exceptional written and visual communication with the power to influence
  • Ability to storyboard, simplify complexity, and create clear assets that land with client-facing teams
  • Experience working in a complex matrix-style system and organization structure is an asset

AI Usage
Weembrace the use of artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance the candidate experience and streamline our recruitment processes. AI tools may help with organizing applications or surfacing relevant qualifications. However, no hiring decisions are made using AI. Every hiring decision is made by our hiring managers and recruitment professionals, who are equipped with training that empowers them to use these tools responsibly. AI technologies used in our recruitment process undergo detailed risk assessments, including security and privacy requirements, that align with KPMG's Trusted AI framework.

We believe technology should empower human judgment, not replace it. It's one of the many ways we're delivering on our vision of being a technology-first, people-driven firm.
