Job Description:

Reporting to the General Manager, the Sales / F&I Manager will work in collaboration with the other leaders to run the sales team of the Kamloops branch and be an advocate of the industry while having a passion for the life style.

Duties that the Sales /F&I Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Hold "Morning Bell Meeting" to give and get information about the coming day in all departments.   
  • Update deals tracker, do quick daily training and participate in quality control 
  • Check on status' of deliveries to make sure they are all progressing or prepared for the day 
  • Washout any completed deals, stock in trades and put them on the website 
  • Keep watch on the Dealer Socket "Desk Log" for accuracy of data
  • Review the quotes and in-works in Dealervu to be sure we are not letting anything slip through 
  • Interdepartmental communication/ upsell opportunities
  • On floor interactions with salespeople and customers. 
  • In- depth one to one with each salesperson, review Dealer Socket entries for the week, review Pre-Owned listings and package and liquidate wholesale units 
  • Check calendar to be sure that we have adequate coverage on the floor and business office 
  • Ensure care of long term storage, winter prep, trash, displays, overall look, cleanliness, tattered flags
  • Saturday Training meeting 
  • Set monthly sales goals with each sales person using the "Employee Monthly Scorecard"  and set any training goals, if applicable 
  • Prepare a sales schedule for the next month 
  • Review previous month’s overall sales store goal, strategize how we will attain this month’s goals 



  • Minimum of two years of progressive management experience in retail sales, managing a team of a least 5 sales staff
  • Preferred automotive, recreational vehicle or automotive service industry experience
  • Proven ability to lead a team of sales associates, service staff and retail employees
  • An innate entrepreneurial sense and business mind
  • Treats employees and people well, is humble and open to listening, knows they ARE NOT perfect and willing to learn new things
  • Knows how to lead people and get them to achieve the impossible
  • Ability to work Tuesday to Saturday and be on call



  • $85,000 - $105,000 (100% commission)
  • 100% co. paid benefits package (after 3 months’ probation)
  • 2 weeks’ vacation after 1 year
