Required Skills & Qualifications:•Must have an unrestricted Class 5 FULL Driver's License
•Must provide a 3-year Drivers Abstract
•Strong knowledge of Edmonton and the surrounding areas
•Confidence in driving in a variety of road conditions
•Represent Paladin with a high level of professionalism and customer service skills, as well as effective communication skills in dealing with clients, emergency personnel, and the public
•Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and make sound decisions in emergency situations
•Ability to carry out written and verbal instructions including writing comprehensive reports
•Maintain patrol records
•Must be capable of handling confidential information with a high degree of discretion
Essential Job Functions: •Professional represents of Paladin through driving and conduct
•Driving city streets during a variety of road and traffic conditions
•Use smartphone software to conduct nightly patrols in set areas
•Writing detailed and accurate reports regarding all incidents
•Capability to complete patrols of commercial and residential properties off our clients
•Sustain effective relationships with key stakeholders
•Professional and discrete 2-way radio and cellular phone communications
•Performing opening and closing procedures of client premises
•Maintain standards of fleet vehicles
•Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
Education Requirements (Any) High School Diploma/GED
