The Resource Strategy & Planning team under Broadband Networks - Strategy & Enablement is responsible for driving field labour utilization and ensuring best in class customer experience, while working with a cross section of teams from Marketing, Customer Solutions Delivery & Customer Experience (CE).Here's the impact you'll make and what we'll accomplish together
As part of our team, you'll employ business and data analytics, collaborate with stakeholders across a variety of business units, and help shape strategic solutions to improve TELUS' operational capabilities.
More specifically, you'll be involved with the development of a short term forecasting model, through system and process improvements, and help to enhance the overall customer experience. In doing so, you'll play an instrumental role in delivering on key performance indicators (KPIs) integral to the successful delivery of our products and the best in class customer experience.Here's how
•Use your business acumen to make positive change to the betterment of TELUS and our customers' experience by acting as a bridge between stakeholders
•Utilize your data analysis skills to understand root cause, capture opportunities, and size potential benefits use your strong communication skills to influence people over whom you have no authority
•Take ownership of, and lead weekly communications either email or face to face focused on interlock with Door to Consumer marketing
•Integration of Smart Home Security to the marketing strategy
•Coverage for daily and weekly operational reporting, including creating ad-hoc reports as and when required
•Drive the creation of near term forecast modeling using software such as excel
•Maintain fiber community launch readiness through the use of internal technology
•Leverage TELUS' applications to develop solutions that meet or exceed business requirements Qualifications:You're the missing piece of the puzzle
•Flexible presentation & communication skills for executive & front line audiences
•Background in leading, collaborate with, and influence cross functional teams
•Proven track record for consistently delivering results and effectively meeting program milestones would be a huge advantage
•Exceptional analytical skills, with proficiency and familiarity writing queries/sourcing data from multiple databases
•3-5 years of experience working on complex projects and/or a robust knowledge of key areas of our business
•Experience completing root cause analysis and proactively forming recommendations for improvement
•Ability to influence change through the preparation and delivery of meaningful presentations to stakeholders & leadership teams
•Ability to own and solve moderate to complex problems
•Strong Google Suite & Microsoft (MS) Office applications skillset Great-to-have
•Computer science and/or Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree Who is TELUS?
