This is a role that will be supported by a Manager of Business Analysis on the Mobility Process Excellence (PE) team, and will also work directly with our CE VPs, CE Directors, our amazing analysts, strategy managers, and business analysis managers collaborating strongly cross functionally within numerous business partners and enablement teams.Business Unit Spotlight:

On a day-to-day basis, this role will work to understand business needs, formulate and complete end-to-end analyses (data mining, analysis, visualization), generate actionable insights and deliver recommendations to influence key stakeholders. You will bring strong analytical & problem solving skills, a proactive bias to action, a passion for process improvement, change management, solid program delivery & execution, and excellent communication skills (including storytelling). Just as important as your skills, is the size of your heart - you think big, you help and lead big, you work 'with' people and not 'at' them, and you have fun along the way.Qualifications:Required skills to perform successfully in this role include:
•Extensive experience analyzing databases in Oracle/SQL/Data Lake
•Intermediate knowledge of Data visualization using Tableau/DOMO
•Ability to manipulate large data sets and automate work
•Build, test, and deploy statistical and predictive models to aid global operations
•Provide thought leadership on deep analytics, identifying issues and opportunities and proposing feasible solutions
•Keen interest in formal mentorship/teaching, on an individual basis and for larger groups of learners where required
•Proactive mindset to identify process improvement opportunities
•Think strategically for TI partner performance and TELUS/Koodo brand
•Systematic approach to solving problems
•Effective executive storytelling with data, synthesizing complex business dynamics into a simplified and compelling narrative
•Ability to work independently
•Detail oriented, yet able to stand back and appreciate the big picture
•Sense of urgency and ability to drive issues to closure despite competing priorities from various stakeholders
•Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills with the ability to foster collaborative relationships at multiple organizational levels across a matrix environment
•Post mortem measurement & continuous improvement - 4pt analysis ("Did my idea work?") Are you the missing puzzle piece? - Additional Skills & Attributes:
•Intermediate level for data analysis - needs assessment, business case development, financial modeling/impact assessments
•Experience using business analysis methodologies
•Process development and continuous improvement methodologies
•Experience with communications & presentations, ranging from front line to executive level audiences
•Intermediate knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel), TELUS communication tools (SharePoint, JAM, e.Rooms, Wiki, Google,etc.), and tools used in Service 2.0 - Outcome, IWD, OMNI, Tableau
•Deep knowledge of call centre metrics and driving factors
•Business case practices & problem solving
•Proven program/project delivery fundamentals
•Experience supporting business strategy/analysis for TELUS & Koodo - an asset
•Strong understanding of the wireless business &/or operations
