The Sales Incentive Strategy team focuses on translating business goals and strategies into measurable metrics that recognize successful sales team members within the Business Solutions West, Business Solutions East, Small Business Solutions, Business Customer Experience, Small Business Solutions, Partner Solutions and Consumer groups. Our team works with the business unit leaders to design and develop sales incentive program metrics that reward team members for achieving business goals.Here's the impact you'll make and what we'll accomplish together
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining an ongoing relationship with the Business Solutions West leadership teams around how to appropriately reward and recognize their sales team members. You are also the single point of contact that enables an engaging dialogue around sales incentive performance between the sales leaders and their partners across other areas of the business like Finance, Marketing and People & Culture.Here's how
•Collaborate with sales leaders, Finance controllers and other stakeholders to define clear requirements around the best ways to measure successful outcomes aligned with the business strategy
•Design sales incentive measures that reward individuals for achieving success
•Manage ongoing conversations around incentive plan performance
•Develop and present ongoing reporting on return on investment for incentive dollars spent
•Manage exception scenario requests, including impact analysis reporting and exception approval flows Qualifications:You're the missing piece of the puzzle
•Experience working with large data sets of varying quality across a variety of formats
•Strong familiarity with analytical tool sets, including Microsoft (MS) Excel, Microsoft Access, Toad Data Point and Tableau Desktop
•High level of comfort with MS Word & PowerPoint, with the ability to turn around complex materials on tight timelines
•Ability to focus a variety of strong, often conflicting opinions into actionable insights and decisions
•Comfort distilling complex data into high-level views that can be easily understood by a broad executive audience
•Excellent time management skills, with the ability to self-direct and quickly prioritize tasks in a dynamically changing work environment Great-to-haves
•Experience with developing and maintaining SQL queries using common best practices
