The Yield Management team is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and driven individual with a proven track-record to join our Yield Management PMO. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role planning, executing and delivering complex projects that will enhance our SmartHome Security National expansion experience. In this role, you will collaborate across business units, and with key stakeholders to execute on initiatives with high complexity and/or business impact. Your expertise will help us drive innovation and continuous improvement in reducing OPEX, providing a better overall customer experience while supporting how they interact with our digital and virtual teams.

Reporting to the Manager, Yield PMO, this position is accountable for analysis of DIY opportunities plus end to end project delivery, within a highly collaborative and capable group of Yield Management team members.

In this role you will:
    •Work in partnership with our Business Consultant, SR PMs and Partners to develop execution plans for increasing SHS loading and success, eliminating unnecessary truck rolls driven from failed orders while reducing OPEX for TELUS. •Using you analytical skills project management expertise, you will enable cross-functional teams to deliver on yield management projects that help improve our overall customer adoption and experience •As a member within the Yield PMO, you will bring thought leadership and best practices to the team to help us continually improve - helping us expand our knowledge in project management and innovative ideas to improve our customer and field experiences

Qualifications:


What YOU bring:
    •Experience managing large datasets and sharing it in a concise clear view •Experience dealing with ambiguous requirements and translating them into concrete project outcomes •Experience with field operations and processes with be a distinct asset •Demonstrated leadership, problem solving, negotiation, communication and analytical skills •Excellent communication and collaboration skills - you can translate complex technical topics into easily understood concepts for our stakeholders and team members •Highly motivated, creative and self-sufficient with the ability to work successfully under pressure •Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent education and/or experience •Minimum 3-5 years analyzing data with detailed reports of findings and outcomes •Stakeholder management experience including senior executives is an asset •PMP designation preferred, but not required •Bilingual is an asset
