What you will do- Participate in implementation customization and configuration for D365 solutions
- Code, test, debug and document software solutions using appropriate processes, tools, frameworks, libraries, patterns, best practices and standards
- Working on a wide variety of projects from large-to-small for customers in a variety of industries
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with existing solution and resolve these issues in in a timely and accurate manner
- Work in a team with other developers and Project Managers to develop the best solutions for internal projects and customers
- Reviewing your own code for quality and participate in code review sessions
- Scrum with co-workers on problems and help brainstorm best solutions for business requirement
What you bring to the role- 1-3 years of Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement applications (CRM) product experience and processes along with experience in other MS Dynamics modules
- Professional certification in Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform & Azure certifications or agree to achieve appropriate certification in agreed upon timeframe
- Experience implementing and customizing Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365
- Proven ability to create innovative solutions to solve complex business requirements, and streamline/automate business processes
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, communication skills
- Experience with leading or participating in the gathering and documenting of business processes and requirements for the system with key business users
- Creation of Functional and Technical Specifications documentation for the project including specifications for customizations, data migration, and system integrations
- Experience with SDK and 3rd party tools for Dynamics 365 CE/CDS/Power Apps
- Understanding of CDS API, REST/ODATA and SOAP endpoints
- Experience with .NET, C#, and JavaScript libraries like vue.js, React and development using Typescript
