The Marketing Operations team supports that growth through our go-to-market activities, events, and communications.
As a Senior Program Manager on the Marketing Operations team, you will be responsible for leading a national go-to-market (GTM) governance forum and process to ensure the overall quality and success of products and campaigns that are being launched to our sales channels and customers.What YOU Get To Do:
You will develop and implement a GTM governance process by engaging key stakeholders and monitor the process to identify and implement opportunities for improvement. You will establish and manage a GTM governance forum for information sharing and approvals, prior to key product or campaign launches, and align the goals and activities of the forum with the business unit strategies and priorities to drive optimal results. You will work with a variety of leaders to identify and confirm key forum members and provide clear roles and responsibilities for team members and approvers, so everyone understands his/her role and how he/she can contribute. Finally, you will develop, track and report on key performance indicators, such as time to market, and recommend and implement strategies to improve KPIs.Why YOU will love this career opportunity:

Your experience includes successfully launching products/services in market and you regularly inform or consult stakeholders to ensure ongoing support and buy-in. Your previous marketing positions have contributed to your familiarity with the roles and interlocks between product marketing, campaigns, communications, sales training, and Sales. You are able to influence stakeholders, leaders and peers to gain support and are comfortable collaborating and communicating with all levels of the organization. Your peers would describe you as having a positive attitude, being flexible and adaptable, and having a bias towards action. In addition, you bring the following to the role:
•Undergraduate degree in Business or Marketing
•Master of Business Administration (MBA) considered an asset
•Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, product development, product management, or similar role
•Experience leading and facilitating cross-functional teams and collaborating effectively without formal influence and across geographies
•Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders and developing and improving processes. Ability to leverage learnings to improve processes, roles or tools to drive better outcomes
•Ability to prioritize and to manage multiple time-sensitive programs/activities effectively and efficiently
•Knowledge of GTM planning, governance models and best practices
•Telecommunications or technology solutions knowledge or industry experience is an asset
