Position Overview: Contract management including billing, customer & vendor purchase order management, change management. Logistical & Service Coordination rental contracts including customer communications & interaction. Coordinating service & maintenance for on rent equipment, and be knowledgeable on work site safety requirements and permitting protocols.

Able to adapt to shifting priorities, maintain oversight of equipment, tracking and audits, project costing, reporting, customer invoicing and billing of all project related fees and charges and 3rd party accounts payable.

Job Description:

Major Job Functions:
  • Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to define scope of work, sequence events, identify & assign resources, develop schedule, and communicate final plan to customer and other related stakeholders
  • Act as primary contract contact for customers and vendors over the course of contract life cycle
  • Logistics planning & coordination of equipment delivery to job sites
  • Plan & execute installation, commissioning, maintenance planning and demobilization of rental product
  • Understand and manage project budget & responsible for customer & vendor purchase order management, job costing, profit & loss tracking
  • Identify & communicate to customer & stakeholders' changes to scope of work and cost & time impact to as well as identify any added risk and means to manage
  • Plan and oversee execution of changes to job scope and / or equipment on projects whether additions, deletions, or change outs
  • Responsible for on-rent / off-rent fleet statuses and ensure real-time updates in ERP & data systems
  • Document control for all rental contract documentation and audit trails including project costs, drawings, SOP's, and correspondence with customer and vendors
  • Schedule and chair project kick off & progress meetings both internally and externally over life of contract


Specific Skills & Knowledge:
  • Proficient in MS Office and internal systems
  • Exceptional listening skills as well as verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

Education & Experience:
  • Post-secondary education in related field
  • Minimum 2 years-experience in Rentals or Service Environment
  • Project Management training or equivalent experience would be considered an asset
  • Experience in either or a combination of fleet management, fleet technical dispatch or contract management
