The Home Solutions & Complementary Channels (HS&CC) team is looking for a passionate and dynamic individual to fulfill a unique role directly supporting the Vice President of Consumer Wireline Marketing as well as the Director leadership team.
This is a dynamic role that fuses strategic planning, budget & resource management and executive storytelling. This unique and evolving opportunity provides the right individual exposure to a wide range of strategic and transformational initiatives that shape our business and our team.

•Support annual strategic planning & budgeting cycles
•Provide overall stewardship of our operational expenditures (OpEx) budget; manage & optimize stretched budgets in an agile environment to ensure prioritization of investments to the right marketing activities
•Prime quarterly planning activities to line up marketing and messaging priorities with business targets
•Spearhead executive-level storytelling and deck building
•Evolve and enhance governance forums to optimize team processes
•Design and execute organizational structure changes and create a strategic staffing model that builds a pipeline of talent
•Generate new ideas and contribute to the continuous improvement of the overall team Qualifications:You're the missing piece of the puzzle
•Valued for your 10+ years of marketing and leadership development, business analysis and/or consulting experience
•Comfortable with ambiguity and are able to cope with uncertainty, risk and change in a highly competitive environment
•Talented at generating storyboards and developing presentations
•Confident in engaging a broad set of stakeholders and collaborating with all levels of the leadership team
•Acknowledged for strong business and financial acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills
•Strong interpersonal skills, diplomacy and the ability to remain calm under pressure Great-to-haves
•University degree or equivalent in Business with 10 years of equivalent experience
•Proficiency using applications within Google Suite & Microsoft Office
