The NSO Senior Strategy Manager role within the Strategy & Service Operations team will focus on the planning, analysis, development and reporting of NSO's business strategy, including executive strategic reviews. This role will also involve planning & delivery of strategic initiatives. This is an individual contributor position, however you will lead by influence and collaborate with other areas at TELUS and interact with Senior Leadership on a regular basis.Qualifications:You're the missing piece of the puzzle
•Proven track record and demonstration of strategic planning and execution skills
•Advanced consulting, reporting and presentation skills
•Advanced influence and negotiation skills
•Intermediate project management skills
•Ability to translate an ambiguous business problem into a strategic framework that can be executed upon
•Ability to lead multiple initiatives at any given time
•Ability to partner with and influence all levels of management including cross functional teams and senior executives
•Ability to excel in dynamic and ambiguous environments by leveraging strong organizational skills, running multiple deliverables, setting objectives/goals, developing schedules, prioritizing activities and anticipating roadblocks
•Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including written & verbal
•Excellent planning and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment to meet business needs
•Learning agility, adaptability and flexibility to tackle various tasks Great-to-haves
•Bachelor or Master degree in in Business or related field
•Professional accounting degree: Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Certified General Accountant (CGA)
