Position Overview:Join the Finning family! We are looking for an Intermediate Administrator - Rentals to join our growing team. As the Rental Administrator, you will support of the overall rental process and management of
on-site active contracts.

Job Description:
  • Prepare and send the proformas to Rental Customer Service Advisors for completed work to be reviewed
  • Responsible for creating accurate BOLs, filing within the Server and releasing to the correct groups in a timely manner ensuring they meet all Audit processes
  • Monitor inboxes and handle emails accordingly
    • Receive Pos and send in for payment
    • Investigate any issues with missing invoices, other AP inquiries
    • Adjust Re-Rent POs as needed
  • Support the Rental Customer Service Advisor in the management of service process and customer communication
  • Open Maintenance Customer Orders & Work Orders, job binders & package
  • Check on tech timecards & service notes and follow up
  • Add and read through service notes, and action any important follow-up items
  • Follow up on parts orders for upcoming jobs as needed


Qualifications:
  • Grade 12 education
  • 1-3 years related experience in any of the following areas is beneficial
    • Document control
    • Process Development
    • Equipment Rental
  • Field/Shop Service Coordination
  • Coordination/Administration in Construction/Oilfield/Forestry
  • Demonstrated ability to manage shared inboxes and mass emails
  • Self-motivated, capable of working with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail, able to multi-task and prioritize urgencies
