Position Overview:Join the Finning family! We are looking for an Intermediate Administrator - Rentals to join our growing team. As the Rental Administrator, you will support of the overall rental process and management of
on-site active contracts.

Job Description:- Prepare and send the proformas to Rental Customer Service Advisors for completed work to be reviewed
- Responsible for creating accurate BOLs, filing within the Server and releasing to the correct groups in a timely manner ensuring they meet all Audit processes
- Monitor inboxes and handle emails accordingly
- Receive Pos and send in for payment
- Investigate any issues with missing invoices, other AP inquiries
- Adjust Re-Rent POs as needed
- Support the Rental Customer Service Advisor in the management of service process and customer communication
- Open Maintenance Customer Orders & Work Orders, job binders & package
- Check on tech timecards & service notes and follow up
- Add and read through service notes, and action any important follow-up items
- Follow up on parts orders for upcoming jobs as needed
Qualifications: - Grade 12 education
- 1-3 years related experience in any of the following areas is beneficial
- Document control
- Process Development
- Equipment Rental
- Field/Shop Service Coordination
- Coordination/Administration in Construction/Oilfield/Forestry
- Demonstrated ability to manage shared inboxes and mass emails
- Self-motivated, capable of working with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail, able to multi-task and prioritize urgencies
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
