Paladin Security Edmonton is currently recruiting a Site Security Dispatcher.
Job Duties: - Receive and interpret incoming information - Dispatch security agents to incidents, requests for assistance, emergencies, and other events - Conduct status checks, maintaining communication with security staff throughout the shift - Log details of radio transmission, phone calls, and other communication, ensuring an accurate record is kept - Monitor CCTV cameras - Other duties as required
Qualifications: - Ability to clearly communicate by phone, two-way radio, and in person, and relay information to team members - Ability to prioritize work, remain calm under pressure and multi-task calls while operating computer systems simultaneously - Strong computer and typing skills to notate and document details quickly - Attention to detail to ensure accuracy of information - Security minded in professionally handling incoming calls and providing outgoing information

High School Diploma/GED
