Paladin Security is currently looking for a motivated individual to join our growing team. MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS: 1-2 years of previous security experience. Valid Security Licence. High School Diploma. Must be 19 years old and meet all other minimum requirements for a security license in BC. Open availability preferred. Flexibility to work all shifts (afternoons/nights/weekends). Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Ability to provide a high level of customer service in a challenging and dynamic environment. Must be bondable and able to pass a security clearance. Ability to handle private and confidential information with a high amount of discretion. Remain calm and effectively perform in emergency situations. Experience working in security in an airport or critical infrastructure environment would be considered as an asset. Previous management or supervisory experience would be considered as an asset. Duties include and are not limited to patrolling, parking, static, reporting, excellent customer service). Successful applicants will also need to acquire their Restricted Access Identity Card (RAIC). Must be proficient with computers and comfortable using various forms of technology.
