Job Description

Software Developer

Overview:
We are seeking a Software Developer to design, build, and maintain high-quality software solutions that support business operations and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications
Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA)
Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance
Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, etc.)
Experience with web or application development frameworks
Understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL)
Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
API development and integration experience

Data Scientist

Overview:
We are looking for a Data Scientist to analyze complex datasets and deliver insights that drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and analyze large structured and unstructured datasets
Build predictive models and machine learning algorithms
Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
Create data visualizations and reports for stakeholders
Collaborate with engineering and business teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in Python or R and SQL
Experience with data analysis and machine learning libraries
Knowledge of statistics, probability, and data modeling
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
Ability to communicate complex findings clearly

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop)
Cloud data platforms experience
Background in business analytics or applied research
