Reporting to the Director, Global IT Procurement, the Sourcing Specialist, Global IT Procurement will have the following responsibilities:

Responsibility

- Manage IT supplier relationships: supply contracts and commercial terms, price negotiation, purchase commitment, value added services and performance;

- Support Global IT strategies and achieve defined objectives and performance indicators;

- Work closely with Regional IT and procurement teams to ensure a good working business relationships are established and maintained;

- Support business units to ensure delivery of required IT services and adherence to budgeted timelines, quality and cost, and provide regular reports to management;

- Support IT spend strategy, directly supporting the business units.

- Develop and prepare RFP's; analyze bids and make recommendations; negotiate agreements and develop operational summaries for management team members;

- Support IT and business projects aligned to Corporate Strategies including M&A activity

Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent work experience;

- Minimum 5 years experience in global IT procurement, software licensing;

- Knowledge of the global IT products and services market and its trends, specifically Engineering software licensing;

- Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate in French and English, both verbally and in writing;

- Proficiency in computer tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
