Who we are looking for:

We're looking for a strategic and results-driven marketer to lead our Growth Marketing team focused on Rogers Residential Home services. This role is pivotal in driving national P&L ownership and executing 4P strategies across inbound channels including Retail, Digital, and Telesales. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and business units such as Wireless and Rogers Bank to deliver on ARPA, revenue, and net targets.

What you'll do:

• Develop and execute regional mass marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Lead strategic planning and execution across inbound channels with a focus on churn reduction and retention.
• Analyse performance data to generate insights and optimise marketing plans.
• Build and nurture cross-functional relationships to align on business objectives.
• Own and monitor KPIs, providing recommendations based on trends and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Brand, Go-to-Market, Product, Channel Marketing, Sales, Pricing, and Analytics teams to deliver impactful campaigns.

What You Bring

• 8+ years in marketing or sales within large organisations.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication, project management, and presentation skills.
• Experience in residential services and/or telecommunications is an asset.
• University degree in Business; MBA preferred.
• Passion for customer-centric marketing and driving measurable business outcomes.
