Job Skills / Requirements

The ID station attendant will be responsible for creating new IDs for new contract employees. This is an administrative position. This is a temporary position.

Job Activities:
-Create, issue, reactivate, suspend and terminate employee IDs
-Provide excellent customer service to those attending the ID station
-Verifying workers site access eligibility including Government Issued ID's, Safety Tickets, and Site Orientation
-Enter site and camp suspensions at the request of Labour Relations, HR or legal
-Review and verify access requests (via ID Station Email Box)
-Participate in the necessary document flow for the purpose of tracking new hires
-Communicates any concerns/issues with the ID station supervisor

Requirements:
-Administration experience is an asset
-Strong written and verbal communication skills is required
-Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software applications
-Strong conflict management and problem solving skills
-Independent worker
-Attention to detail
-CSTS, BSO, or CSO Orientation
-First Aid Level C with CPR
-Current Criminal Background Check
-Able to pass a Drug and Alcohol test
