As Territory Manager, you will be responsible for supporting a cross section of TELUS channel partners such as independent retailers (i.e. Future Shop, Best Buy, Apple, etc.) and independent dealers within a specific geographic area. This includes driving overall transactions across a variety of product lines (including Future Friendly Home services for consumer and wireless for consumer and small business) while helping to achieve our goal of providing our clients an elite experience. This will be accomplished by providing our partners with the most reliable sales support through exceptional responsiveness, demonstrating relationships as a competitive advantage, and ensuring every interaction lives up to the TELUS brand promise.What you will be doing
•Educate channel partners on TELUS' value proposition to ensure top of mind awareness of TELUS
•Providing our partners support through exceptional responsiveness, using relationships as an ambitious advantage
•Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan to service assigned partner locations in an efficient and effective manner to improve return
•Anticipate and respond to challenges encountered by our channel partners and appropriately bring up unresolved issues
•Represent TELUS in the territory and communities you serve, and provide market-specific mentorship to internal partners to improve the return on TELUS' investments in those markets
•Ensure that our brand is represented well and merchandising standards are met
•Gather and report on competitive information Qualifications:Do you have what it takes

•Completed university degree or college diploma Required Experience
