Job Description

We are looking to hire a customer-focused Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients with their insurance-related questions, provide information about available products and services, and help ensure every customer receives prompt and exceptional support.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and other communication channels.
Provide information about insurance products, services, and policy options.
Assist customers with policy updates, billing inquiries, and general account support.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and in a timely manner.
Process customer requests and maintain accurate account records.
Enter and update customer information in company systems.
Work closely with team members to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Follow company policies, privacy standards, and industry guidelines.
