Job Overview
We are looking for a Customer Retention Agent to join our team. This is an entry-level role you can do from home. You will help customers with concerns, answer questions, and assist in keeping them satisfied with our services. Full training will be provided — no prior experience is needed.
Primary Duties
- Communicate with customers via email, chat, or phone to address concerns
- Help resolve issues and answer questions about services
- Maintain customer records and follow company guidelines
- Work to retain customers and improve satisfaction
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary
- Complete tasks accurately and on time
Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Docs)
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Stable internet connection
- Willingness to learn
